Orders with Springboard Consulting, LLC are non-returnable. Should there be an event where a return is approved; the return is subject to a restocking fee, which is 10% of the order total. (If a return is approved, any shipping fees incurred at the time of ordering, in addition to the shipping fees incurred to ship back the order, will not be refunded.)
International Shipments (outside of the contiguous United States). Springboard does not do international shipping. Should a shipment be approved, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping fees, customs fees, and more. Shipping fees are based on weight and destination.
