The session will be both presentation and participation, with an ongoing call to action following Disability Matters. |

Description: Special needs parents represent approximately 10% of our workforces. This session which will be led by a special needs dad and leader of Cisco’s Global Special Children’s Network, will examine both the unique challenges and skills of this employee population. The session will also examine how technology can assist in supporting these families while successfully delivering on business goals and objectives. |

GENERAL
- Shuttle transportation is available between the hotel(s) of choice and the Cisco campus each day of the event. Shuttle transportation will also be available to and from the Gala Dinner venue; Twickenham Stadium.
Airport/Hotels:
- The hotel/s are conveniently located close to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and to the Cisco campus.
- All 3 hotels are directly linked to Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 via a covered walkway (6 minutes’ walk approx.)
- Free travel from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 & 3 on the TfL Rail & to Terminal 5 on the Heathrow Express.
- LHR is located a 5-10mins drive from the Cisco campus (2miles approx.)
Parking:
- Parking is available at the hotel/s for a fee per day.
- Parking is also available at the Cisco campus complimentary.
- Parking is also available at Twickenham Stadium complimentary.
Public Transportation:
- A complimentary shuttle bus (BL1, BL2 is available from to and from local train stations (Feltham, Hatton Cross) to the Cisco campus frequently on a daily basis.
