As in prior years, our conference will feature outstanding content as delivered by leading disability experts from corporations, academia, non-governmental organizations and governments from across the Asia-Pacific Region. There will be amazing, inspirational stories as shared by our keynote presenters. A highlight of every year’s event is the sharing of our honorees award-winning practices related to the successful mainstreaming of people who either have a disability or have a child or other dependent with special needs in the workforce, workplace and marketplace.
As in prior years, honoree categories include:
Workforce – This award is in consideration of a company’s programs/initiatives that touch on recruiting, training, reasonable accommodations and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Workplace – This award is in consideration of a company’s programs/initiatives that touch on Disability Employee Resource Groups, Mentor Programs, Etiquette & Awareness Initiatives, the delivery/dissemination of educational Information and resources and company-wide celebratory events.
Marketplace – This award is in consideration of a company’s programs/initiatives that focus on the marketing of products and/or services (mainstream and targeted) to the disability community.

Located in the heart of Bangkok’s premier shopping and entertainment district, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is easy accessible by car and BTS Skytrain, the most convenient public transportation in the city. Direct access to Siam Paragon Shopping Center is available through the sky bridge located on Floor 2.
Arrival to Hotel from Suvarnabhumi International Airport:
Distance: 30 kilometres (18 mile) Travel time: 45 to 60 minutes
Driving instructions:
- Follow the exit to Bangna – Chonburi Highway (Motorway) and continue to Srirat Express Way on Rama IX Road towards Sukhumvit, exit at North Ploenchit Road.
- Turn right at the traffic light, going to Sukhumvit / Ploenchit Road.
- Continue towards Rajprasong intersection (in front of Central World Shopping Mall) for Rama I Road.
- On Rama I Road, turn at the road between Siam Paragon Shopping Mall and Siam Center.
- Continue driving forward to reach Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.

Airport taxi:
The Airports of Thailand (AOT) operates a full line of private transfers 24 hours a day. The service counter can be found both at the baggage claim as well as at the customer counter service located on Floor 2. Charge applies.
Local taxi:
A certified metered taxi to downtown Bangkok or beyond is available all day long with an additional airport surcharge of THB 50, excluding the metered taxi fare and express way fees. Please proceed to its service counter located on Floor 1 at Gate 4 and 7.
Airport Rail Link*:
After baggage claim and custom, proceed to Basement B for the Airport Rail Link Platform. Take Suvarnabhumi Airport Express – Phaya Thai (Phaya Thai Express Line) to Phaya Thai station. Connect to BTS Skytrain from Phaya Thai to Siam station. Round trip or Single trip ticket is available.
Travel time: 30 minutes

- Merge onto Uttaraphimuk Elevated Toll Way for Sukhumvit, exit at North Ploenchit Road.

- Continue towards Rajprasong intersection (in front of Central World Shopping Mall) for Rama I Road.

Hotel’s golf cart service is available 24/7 to transport guests from BTS Siam station and vice versa.
