Steve Bennett, CEO of United Cerebral Palsy says "Nadine has worked with us to help our affiliates support the needs of the families they serve. She understands that people with disabilities should have the right to live their lives without limits."
What is UCP?
United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) was founded over 55 years ago to help children with cerebral palsy. Today, UCP is one of the nation's largest health charities serving and advocating for the more than 54 million Americans with disabilities. Our scope of work as expanded, but our vision has remained constant-Life Without Limits for people with disabilities.
The backbone of United Cerebral Palsy is the services that are provided by our 100 affiliates. UCP affiliates serve more than 176,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families every day. Our affiliates provide services such as housing, therapy, assistive technology training, early intervention programs, individual and family support, social and recreation programs, community living, state and local referrals, employment assistance and advocacy. Each affiliate offers a range of services tailored to its community's needs.
