Thanks to you, our clients, collaborators and friends, Springboard has experienced some amazing growth over the years and with that comes the need for equally amazing talent. And so, it is with great pleasure that I announce some wonderful additions to the Springboard team. They are:
Many of you may know Marsha from her years as the global diversity and inclusion leader at Cisco. Marsha joined Springboard the beginning of this year as Senior Director bringing with her an extensive resume of diversity, sales and marketing experience along with an unbridled passion to accelerate corporate cultures that propel the success of people with disabilities.
Belinda joined Springboard in June in the role of Executive Assistant/Office Manager. She most recently worked at Johnson & Johnson where she held a similar position.
After a very successful 25+ year career with Procter & Gamble, most recently as their HR Associate Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Jeffery joins Springboard as Senior Director to apply his vast global experience with corporate leaders, to the cross functional business imperative of supporting disability issues and opportunities.
Having worked at Diversity Best Practices and Working Mother Media leading their global conferences Sigrid joins Springboard as Director of Global Events. In this role, she is directly responsible for the design, development and successful execution of Disability Matters Europe and Disability Matters Asia. In doing this work, Sigrid also oversees the creation of strategic alliances, logistics and operations management for all company events taking place outside the U.S.
A company is nothing without its’ people; company success a result of its’ peoples individual success. At Springboard, we believe in rewarding success so it is with great pleasure that I announce the following promotions.
