If you live and/or work in Europe, you are probably familiar with Sainsbury’s, with their over 1000 stores and 150,000 employees. What you may not be as familiar with is the Braille panels they are placing at the bottom of signs to assist shoppers who are blind. Disability as a core component of inclusivity is not new for Sainsbury’s. In fact, they enlisted David Beckham as their London 2012 Paralympic Games ambassador. Kudos to Sainsbury’s.
