Beyond the annual #DisabilityMatters Awards, we are beginning to see more companies bestowed with honors for the work they are doing on behalf of people with disabilities and veterans with service disabilities. Of course, there needs to be a direct correlation with being an award winning company and being a company whose employees and consumers would also tout them for these achievements. Although I am speaking specifically about disability, this could easily apply to any category a company is honored for. Do you agree?
