The Department of Integrated Services for Individuals with #Disabilities (DISID) is ensuring GovGuam Agencies are in compliance with a law that allows individuals with #mobility disabilities, whether visible or not, to move to the front of the line for customer service requests and remittance of payments. This law also includes those who are fifty-five years old or older. The priority customer service law was passed in July 2010 under the 30th #Guam Legislature and DISID has been given the authority to enforce it under the department's role of ensuring compliance with local and federal laws affecting persons with disabilities.
