First-of-its-kind employment centre for people with autism opened

Adults with autism in Singapore will now be able to receive greater support in their job search, with the launch of the Employability and Employment Centre by the Autism Resource Centre (ARC). The centre is the first in the country to provide employment services for autistic adults with Autism. It aims to assist these individuals by assessing their strengths, training vocational skills and making job placements. This centre is a result of the need to build the workforce now that there is a constrain on foreign worker quotas.
