"Springboard serves an important function in bringing the private and the non-profit sectors together. It is only through collaboration and involvement that organizations such as the YAI/NIPD Network and Springboard can work cooperatively to address the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families." --Michael Kramer, Director of The Corporate Source and Employment Initiatives, The YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities Network
